ATHL Shooters,
Because of several detailed reasons, "ATHL at war!" will be moved to Sept or October, but we are continuing with a "Match #23 MD'd by Mike Johnson and Duane Sniezek".
Briefly, the match stages are as follows;
We are, well we need some help on Saturday to setup...
1) Saturday starting at noon (1200) setup in MVMA Bays 1-6. As SteveM always says "many hands will make short work".
On match day (Sunday)
2) Sunday's match starts at 0800 with registration and squd'ing then gun-up at the safe table (unloaded).
3) 'Stand-by' at the bleachers until 0900. If you are new or unfamiliar with the "process" ASK!.... any SO or veteran ATHL'er will be able to help or answer questions. You can help yourself by reading the match copy.
4) SO's thank you all for attending, your volunteer work is core to the ATHL club! The SO walk-through will start at 8:30.
5) At 900 sharp after a 5min welcome/etc match #23 starts!
6) Suggest bring a bag lunch because a chow detail to Olds will take too long.
Now for weather, 'oh Alberta wait a hour.... ' it looks sooo good Wednesday night but my very trusty weather predictor http://www.wx.ca says 30% chance of rain Sunday, so be prepared, and bring plenty of liquids (non-Adult). I been up to MVMA the last two weekends (thank you Bruce) and its been outstanding weather, but that was last weekend.
Lastly we want to welcome all new shooters, long-term members.
Finally although we pay for use at MVMA so picking-n-disposing trash would be appreciated. It will present our club as "good tenants".
